Delete a single session

Open My Doubts, choose the session, and delete it. This removes that session's recording, transcript and generated notes. Topic-level analysis built from it is recalculated without it.

Delete your whole account

Email privacy@doubtshalaai.in from the email address registered on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include your name as it appears in the app so we can confirm ownership. If you cannot access your registered email, tell us the plan and approximate signup date and we will verify by other means before acting.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, exam, subjects, language and mentor preference.
• All voice recordings stored for your sessions.
• All transcripts, summaries, key concepts, formulas and takeaways.
• Your learning profile, revision queue and strength and weakness analysis.
• Usage counters and login credentials.

What we may keep

Payment and invoice records are retained where tax and accounting law requires it, and minimal abuse-prevention records may be kept. These do not include your recordings, transcripts or study content.

Timelines

• We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
• Deletion is completed within 7 working days of verification.
• Encrypted backups are cycled out within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. An active paid plan is cancelled as part of the process.
